1. Browse Products

2. Create an Account
Creating an account helps you manage your orders easily and saves time for future shopping. The account feature allows you to track your order progress and save your shipping address and payment information for a more efficient shopping experience.
3. Add to Cart and Checkout
Once you've found the product you love, simply click the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue browsing or proceed directly to the checkout page. After confirming the quantity, shipping address, and payment method, you can complete your order.

5. Order Confirmation

6. Shipping & Delivery
We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days, and delivery is expected to take 8-10 business days after shipment. You can track the status of your order anytime by visiting the “Track My Order” page using your order number and email address.
7. Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet shipped and is within 48 hours, you can directly cancel the order for free. If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can request a return or exchange after receiving the product.
8. Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include a proof of purchase.
