Welcome to the Livonestae Return and Exchange Policy.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can return or exchange items within 40 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Product appearance issues
  • Quality defects
  • Unpleasant odors, significant color discrepancies, or other similar issues
  • Incorrect product received
  • No-reason return/exchange

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number, proof of payment, reason for return/exchange, and photos/videos to support your claim.
  • Our team will promptly review your request. If approved, we will provide the return address and guide you through the next steps.
  • Carefully repackage the item along with all original accessories, materials, and the return label. Send the package to the return address we provide and wait for confirmation upon receipt.
  • Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to confirm it matches the reported issue. If the return is validated, we will process your refund immediately. 

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and supporting photos/videos.
  • Our customer service team will assess your request. If approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
  • Please return the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, materials, and the return label.
  • After we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the exchange criteria, we will ship a replacement within 1-3 business days. 

5. Refund Process

Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., American Express, JCB, Mastercard, VISA, etc.).

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be processed, depending on your payment provider’s processing time. If there is any delay, please contact us.

6. Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to product appearance issues, quality defects, unpleasant odors, significant color differences, or incorrect products, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • For no-reason returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure a smooth return and exchange process, we are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipment. Please ensure the product is properly packaged when returning it to avoid damages in transit.
