5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unshipped Orders: If the order has not been shipped, you may cancel the order for free. Please contact our customer service via email and provide your order number. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, direct cancellation is not possible. You may either refuse to accept the package or request a return in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy. Refunds will be processed after the returned package is received and verified.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return Conditions: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, with the tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will accept the return and offer a partial or full refund.
  • Exchange Conditions: The item must be returned in its original packaging. If there are quality defects or damage during shipping, we will replace the item at no cost.
  • Return Process: Please contact our customer service via email and provide your order number, payment proof, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos. Once we receive your request, our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please package the product, along with all accessories and the return label, securely and send it to the provided address.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned product is verified.

7. Refund Policy

All approved refund requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used for the original purchase. If there are any technical issues, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

We currently offer shipping within Australia only.

  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 8 to 10 business days after shipping.
  • Special Conditions: In case of high demand or special circumstances, delays may occur.
  • Shipping Fees:
    • Orders between 0 to 120 AUD: Shipping fee is 8.99 AUD.
    • Orders above 120 AUD: Free shipping.
      All prices include applicable taxes, and no additional fees will be charged at the time of delivery.
