1. Delivery Area

We currently provide delivery services only within Australia and do not support delivery to other countries or regions.

2. Shipping Fee Description

  • Orders over 120 AUD (including 120 AUD) will receive free shipping.
  • Orders under 120 AUD will incur a flat 8.99 AUD shipping fee.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We strive to process your orders promptly, but processing times may vary during peak periods.

4. Order Cut-off Time

Our business hours are 9:00-18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed on the same day,
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed the next business day.
  • If an order is placed on a holiday, processing will be delayed until the next business day.

5. Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the expected delivery time is 8-10 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

You will receive an email with your order number, payment receipt, and shipping carrier details.
By visiting the "Track My Order" page on our website, you can enter your email address or phone number and the corresponding order number to track the status of your order.

We will make every effort to ensure that products arrive in good condition, but we disclaim responsibility for the following:

  • Product damage or loss: If products are damaged or lost during shipping, we will take appropriate measures to resolve the issue.
  • Shipping modifications and cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, modifications cannot be made, but you may request a return after receiving the package.
  • Delivery address and responsibility: Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address you provide. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the responsibility lies with you.
